We have some software that writes to the Application event log when a job is complete.  If the job doesn't complete then the event doesn't get written.  Is it possible to configure OpManager to alert us if this event doesn't get written by a certain time, or after a specified number of polls?  I can only see a way of monitoring for specific events that do exist, not ones that don't exist.

 

I'm using OpManager build 9101.
