I'm adding AD monitors to the my DCs and i'm coming across an error when testing the monitor.  The service account we're using is not locked out, I successfully tested the WMI credentials and I confirmed the service account is a member of the domain admins group (I even added the service account to the enterprise admins group).  These happens on multiple AD monitors.  Any help would be appreciated.

Monitor Name Replication Traffic In 
 Protocol WMI 
 OID AD.Perf.DRAInboundBytesTotalPersec

Possible reasons
1. The device might be down.
2. The username and password provided for this device might be wrong.
3. The domain password for this device was not provided
4. The domain password for this device might be wrong
