Monitor Disk and CPU usage on windows 2003

Trying to monitor cpu, disk and memory utilization on windows 2003.
running the vbs script form command line returns the right value
ex: C:\Program Files\AdventNet\ME\OpManager\conf\application\scripts>cscript cpu.vbs "servername" "userid" "password"

But opmanger is not pulling the values, returns error when try to test monitor
The Monitor did not respond to the test request

If you go to device snapshot and go to change passwords, and test credential,
WMI is pass and snmp fail. (note: snmp credential is set to none, onlyusername and password is supplied0

Any idea or help to resolve the issue is appreciated.
Need to get the info on Opmanger display for CPU, Disk and Memory
