Monitor Dell Server Hardware

Hi everybody,

We are trying out OpManager as we think it is our best price/functionality choice.

However besides Exchange, SQL, switch, router, etc monitoring features witch are working as expected, we could not get any information about the physical hardware of our Servers.
Our server's are mostly Dell PE 28XX and 29XX. All of them have Dell OpenManage installed.

We have tried everything we could think off...
In device snapshot the Vendor ID is (manually) selected as Dell Inc.
The credential test's show PASS in both WMI and SNMP.
We are able to monitor Exchange, SQL witch are installed in some of them, but the Dell specific monitors are somewhere hidden. (our interest is to centrally monitor anything possible with this MIB's)

Can anyone point me any topic, how-to, anything that I can do to make it work?
