Monitor AppManager against WSAD in-built test server

I want to use App Manager with WSAD, so that I can monitor the connection pooling. I want to run the application in debug mode, so that it will give me a good idea which method is not releasing the connection. In Websphere application server base edition or ND edition, you can deploy the EAR projects using admin console.

Inorder to use App manager, it requires perServletApp.ear to be deployed in the websphere application server. How can I deploy this app in the WSAD in-built test server, so that I can run the app in test server. Any Idea, how can I achieve this? Even I tried to import the EAR file to my WSAD and it still doesn�t work.
