In UI management there is 4 options to show how many request are pending/onhold/closed or awaiting.

I have this 4 modules on my site, but it does not count requests. Hovewer when i link whole box for example to "Action Type -> OnHold Request"  then i can go to on hold request popup while clickin on it.
