I'm new to SDP MSP and am hitting a problem modifying the Requester view in the default request template. I can modify the Technicain template using drag and drop, but when I move to the Requester tab the available fields on the left hand side of the screen are all greyed-out and I am unable to drag/drop them.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong please???!
