Modifying $RequesterName in Ack E-mails
Hello...
I have been tasked to try and modify the $RequesterName field in the acknowledgement e-mails that SD sends out. I see by the Requesters schema that the First_Name field is linked to the SDUser table.
Is there anyway I can change it to be linked to the Middle_Name field? My knowledge of MySQL is growing daily and I have no problems with changing the database in any way. My knowledge of Java, however, is nonexistent.
Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
