Modify multiple fields with a CSV

Hello,

Here is my situation, I have a list from Human Ressource that I need to import and update the fields. Some of these field are already populated. The information I have from HR is below.

First name

Last name

employee ID

Office

Descrition

Telephone

How would I go about to do my update, since each field has different information?
