Modify forward personal request

Hi,

I noticed that by submitting a written response from themselves and not received by others through service desk, if you are forwarding are not populated the fields in the template. for example I have these fields:
Date: $ CreatedDate
From: $ RequesterMail
$ Description
if I forward a response that I received works perfectly.
if I forward an answer that I sent, not fill in the fields "$ CreatedDate", "$ RequesterMail" but only "$ Description"
