Modified 'Global View' for Techs

I had requested the "Global View" tab be presented to more than JUST administrators, with some slight changes, and wanted to reiterate my feature request. I would like to have the "Global View" tab shown to all Techs, as it is displayed to the administrators, but also have a third tab called "Group View". The "Group View" would be effectively the same as the "Global View", but only apply to requests in the groups the Tech is a member of.

I would like the Techs to be able to select the drop down options of; "Technician", "Category", "Level", "Priority" and "Mode", in addition to other fields that aren't an option anywhere. EACH Field within a request should have a checkbox the administrator(s) can select to determine if it would be visible in this drop down. An administrator wouldn't probably enable the "Birtdate" field within a request to be visible in the drop down, but "USERID" might be something of interest.

In addition to the GLOBAL and this NEW THIRD, GROUP-SPECIFIC TAB, I would like the "Inbound:0, Completed:0, OverDue" Requests table to be visible to Techs, but again only applying to their GROUP(s).
