Hi,

I am currently on opmanager 8.22. I have a wireless multitech modem attached to my application to send sms alerts.However past one week, the modem hangs up intermittently.

When i connect to the modem via hyperterminal and send an AT command and an SMS to the test mobile number it seems like some buffer is cleared and opmanagr starts to send smss again.

The baud rate set for the modem is 9600 and that set on opmanager is also 9600.

Could you let me know asap as this is on my production platform.
