Mode field is empty (Requests)

Mode field is empty (Requests)

Hi.

I have some problems that occures after 1 month using ManageEngine SD (Standard Edition). 
When users create their requests through email or portal the "mode" field is empty (Not assigned). You can see my screenshot. Have you any ideas?
