Mobile Devices or API for client to interface
1. Is there a plan to test ServiceDesk Plus on mobile devices or to create a separate versions for mobile devices? The mobile devices do not have same capabilities as desktop internet users.
2. Is there an API for ServiceDesk Plus where clients/users can interface with the software and program modules to perform special tasks? If so, which programming language or scripts do we use?
