ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus is a very strong solution for device management, security, and data control across corporate mobile devices. However, it is disappointing that there are currently no free structured training or certification programs available for partners and engineers. Proper training and certification are very important for improving implementation quality, technical understanding, and customer confidence.

As far as I remember, around one year ago I attended an MDM training session and also received a certificate after completion. That initiative was very useful and beneficial for both technical and sales teams.

It would be highly appreciated if ManageEngine could restart such free training and certification programs for Mobile Device Manager Plus again. This would help partners, engineers, and customers build stronger expertise on the product and ultimately increase adoption and service quality.
