I need help regarding the Service Desk Plus Mobile Application.

I have set up a form in the system and added les for form load, field change, and form submission. However, the rules are fully applied when I use the web browser, but when I use the mobile application, not all rules are applied accurately. Some work, some are applied without conditions, and others are not applied at all.

For example, I want to apply the following code to the form I designed to make the requester name the same as the logged-in user:

$CS.setValue("REQUESTER",$CS.getLoggedInUserName());

We notice that this code works only in web interfaces, but it does not work at all in the mobile application. I have downloaded the latest versions of the system and the mobile application, but the problem has not been resolved.
