I have had a few of my tech's inform me that they have entered Work logs into Requests, Problems and Changes and when they revisit them later, they are gone with no trace of them ever being there. I have also had information saying that they have related a Change to a Problem and when they revisit, the relationship has gone, the Change still exists but it is no longer related to the Problem.

 

We are about to go to 7.5 but it is a few weeks from completion so I am concerned at this issue.
