Missing "Subcategory" & "Item" columns from the User's Request page
In the Requests page when the users log in, the columns "Subcategory" and "Item" are missing from the columns list, only "Category" is available in the . We need to display the column "Item", this very important.
However when the technician login, the columns "Subcategory" and "Item" are available in the column list and can be displayed.
Please advice.
