Missing spaces in request
Is anyone else experiencing this bug? We are running SD version 5.0.0 build 5008.
When a requester emails the service desk and the system automatically opens a ticket, often we see (apparently) random spaces missing between words in the body of the ticket request. Here's an example:
Original email (sent in html format from Outlook):
Just a reminder, per our conversation earlier this morning, that University Day is coming up on Thursday, June 8, and we need to arrange for audio-visual equipment to be set up in the library for Marie�s State of DeVry and the Town Hall meeting. We�ll need the usual: laptop, projector, and sound system with mikes. I believe Courtney will be talking with you about possibly attending our next committee meeting next Monday, at 2:30 p.m.
What shows up in the ticket request (in html format):

Notice the missing spaces between "arrange" and "for", "State" and "of", etc. Viewing the html source of the email message shows that carriage returns between words are not being translated to spaces by Service Desk when it converts the email into a ticket request. When can we expect a fix for this bug? Or is there a different channel that I should be submitting this bug to other than this forum?
