Missing Logo on Purchase Orders

Missing Logo on Purchase Orders

After upgrading to build 5010 we lost the logo on purchase orders. It's not printed and shown as an image placeholder on a screen.

The gif file is intact and is properly shown on the General Settings screen.

Please help.
