Missing Interface Stats after upgrade to Op7 & SP7023
Hi there,
We've just upgraded OpManager from Version 6016 to 7023 and have suffered the same issue as http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002642901 where the Interface stats are missing for all servers, routers and switches.
If you delete the device and re-add them, the interfaces start monitoring, but it would take us weeks to re-setup all our devices with the monitors, notification profiles, etc. I have also tried the RepairDB cmd.
Any help would be greatly received.
Also, looking through the forum, another tread mentioned the possibility of being able to import devices. We have a network of 200+ routers on the 172.16.0.0/16 subnet which I would like to monitor. I did try the discovery option, but this seems limited to 256 addresses. Is there any way I can increase this range, or better still, would the import function be close on your features roadmap.
