Missing Interface Data
Hi Support,
What do you think should I check in our Opmanager with build no. 7205 since all our interface's data were gone? From Router, Switches, Firewall and down to the interfaces of all our monitored devices.
The last thing I remember is that I've verified the Hostresource.xml since I'm having a problem with our Linux Servers on it's CPU and Hard disk Utilization(having negative% value for CPU and 900+% Hard Disk Utilization).
Below are the commands that I've verified:
For CPU:
top b n 1 | grep 'CPU[0-9]* states:'
top b n 1 | grep 'Cpu(s)'
For Disk:
df -m
df -P
Hope to hear from your guys soon since these are very important data, specially the one from our Corerouters and firewalls.
