Missing Information in Reports!

Missing Information in Reports!

We are currently evaluating your Firewall Analyzer product for purchase and running into multiple issues. We are unable to view any information/statistics on VPN...We are unable to view any info on traffic i.e. BYTES RCVD, BYTES SENT show 0 in every report....We are unable to see any statistics in the Mail Reports, SMTP or otherwise.
 
We are monitoring syslogs from a CISCO PIX 515e firewall.
 
Please let us know if you can resolve the issues.
