Missing IIS Website Statistics

For some of our IIS servers the Website Statistics are not appearing, it is just keeps showing a please wait for data collection message. I have tried deleting the IIS monitor but, after reinserting, it still keeps coming back as the same. I have also compared the server setup of two different servers with IIS, one where the Website Statistics works and one where Website Statistics does not work and cannot find any different in how they are setup.
