Missing functionality in changemanagement

We know that there is a new changemanagement comming, but we had a visit from bussiness auditors and they had some remarks on our chagemanagement inside SD+ : so please can you consider these advises and integrate it in the upcomming module :

No filters as in incidents
History of approvals
Types of approvals (eg approval for acceptance of the change, approval for release)
Conversations linked to change as in incidents
When sending a notification, the reply on this mails is merged with the incident with the same ID !!!!! BIG ERROR
Poor window for selecting incidents to attach to change : scrolling needed, no filters etc
No notification when a task in a change is completed to the technician of the change
Possibility to add a ad hoc member for a CAB
More than one review is not possible in a change
History is not as complete as in incidents
