Missing ERID, cannot load any endpoints

Missing ERID, cannot load any endpoints

Hi, has anyone encountered this strange issue in the MDM portal where none of the endpoints are able to load the details but the rest of the navigation works just fine?  I've tried different devices, signing in and out, clearing cache, etc. and been dealing with this issue with support for several weeks now.
