We are running Applications Manager (Build No:7102). The other day I had one of our production application servers go un-responsive for 20 minutes. Appmanager should have alerted us when it detected no response from the server. However we didnt receive the alert notification for 20 minutes.
Normally, Appmanager detects faults and send out alerts and executes any recovery scripts just fine.
What would cause the 20 minute delay in sending out alerts? Email queue was NOT backed up in our system.
