Minor issue in OpManager 5.5

Hi,

I noticed several minor issue in the new OpManager 5.5. Some are new to this version, others have been there before.

1) Response time threshold for Service Monitors (only web-client)

With the java-client is it possible to configure a threshold based on the service response-time. A notification can then be triggered when the threshold is raised. This cannot be configured with the web-client.
In addition, since the upgrade, the alarm is not cleared anymore when the threshold falls below the ream value.


2) Device Active and Responding on printers

When a printer goes down, OpManager generates an alarm after 5 missing polls. When the printer is up again, the alarm is cleared with the message "Device Active and Responding". A few seconds later, the same alarm and message is logged again, but with the status "Trouble" (instead of "Clear").
A printer that goes down will always in error state even if it is up again.


3) Business View indicating alarm status even when faulty devices are unmanged

When a device fails, the corresponding Business View icon will change from green to red. If I unmanage the device, the Business View icon will stay red. Other views (e.g server view) become green.


4) Business View shortcuts not visible with web-client

When clicking on a "global" Business View with other BV shortcuts in the web-client, a blank page with title "?????? (null)" is shown.
