Sometimes when an incident is answered as "solved", however more context of the solution that was given is necessary.
We have added some previous sentences for the technician to fill in, but we have seen that by putting those words, it is no necessary for the technician to add something else and they only change the status to "solved", whit no words jajajaja we know that this is a matter of company culture, but It would be great if SDP gave us the option to force the technicians to do the right thing.
