(Solved) Migration problems with new line

Hello,

Well since people aren't responding to my several e-mails to the support mail address, let's put it here as well. Since the migration from MySQL to PostGreSQL our data is screwed. All our end-of-lines have been replaced by /r/n signs. So we cannot read anything anymore and that is really annoying since a lot of important data is in the system. When I reported it mid December I was promised it would be solved by the new upgrade. The new upgrade is out and we installed it and it still is not working. We are waiting on this for over a month! It could be tracked by issue id: 12398, but that can be nowhere found.

Now when I keep on contacting by e-mail no one is responding. This is far from user friendly especially for a system where we pay annual license fees! The problem makes our work very difficult and I would like to see someone finally fix the problem and start responding. It is request ID 7167427. So hopefully technicians here will read the problem and respond, since the support e-mail address seems not be used. But most of all I would like to see this solved as soon as possible!
