Hence, read through this carefully.
Download the Migration Pack : Customers on build 6010 and above can download the SP from
Features added in this release. 1. WAN Monitoring : Shows the availability of all WAN Links and monitors the WAN Link through the Round Trip Time. You can also find the route to the destination through various Service Provider network so as to identify the bottleneck when the WAN link is down or WAN link latency.
2. Integration with ME Device Expert : You will now be able to configure and monitor the changes done to your network edge devices.
3. Integration with ME Firewall Analyzer : You will now be able to find the bandwidth, violation reports etc.. through integration with Firewall Analyzer.
4. Google Map Integration to help you identify the sites through the business views.
5. SSL Support for customers with a direct download of version 7010 ( Customers who migrate to 7010 need not worry. We will soon bring this option, though we have a workaround for you now... )
Instructions to apply the Migration Pack : 1. Shut down OpManager. (If OpManager is running as a service, stop the service from Control Panel > Services window) 2. Take a backup of <opmanager-home>/mysql/data folder and <opmanager-home>/conf folder 3. Run the script 'UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <opmanager-home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool. 4. Click "Install" and then click "Browse" to select the Upgrade Pack file (the .ppm file that you'd downloaded). 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service/Upgrade Pack. 6. Once the upgrade is complete, start OpManager Server.
Bug Fixes : A dozen of issues reported in version 7 have also been fixed...
