Migration OpManager 11.6 to 12.X with NetFlow and IPAM Standalone

Hello,

we're still running Opmanager 11.6 (+ Application Manager Plug-In) + NetFlow 10.2 and OpUtils 8.0 in Standalone mode. I would like to upgrade to the latest versions of OpManager step by step now. I followed your video tutorial, but it only shows how to migrate with NetFlow & IPAM as a plug-in.

How would I have to proceed now? Request an upgrade pack of Opmanger incl Application Manager Plug-In without OpUtils and NetFlow?
And then transform my standalone licenses of NetFlow and OpUtils into Plug-In licenses?
What will happen to the standalone databases then? Is it possible to import the data into the OpManager DB or will I have to recreate everything from scratch!?!?
Do I have to uninstall NetFlow and Oputils afterwards?? This isn't shown in any tutorial.
Please assist!
