I’m hoping someone here might have experience with this.
I initially started out using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, but have recently realized that I probably should have been using ServiceDesk Plus MSP instead.
We’ve been running ServiceDesk Plus for a couple of years now, and everything is fully configured with data, workflows, and history. So switching is not exactly straightforward.
My question is: 👉 Has anyone successfully migrated from ServiceDesk Plus to ServiceDesk Plus MSP?
👉 Is it possible to transfer all data (tickets, assets, users, etc.) between the two platforms?
👉 Are there any recommended approaches, tools, or pitfalls I should be aware of?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
