Migration from Manage Engine 9.0 Linux Installation to Manage Engine 11 windows Installation.

Hi !
Can anybody guide me to migrate Manage Engine 9.0 linux installation to Manage Engine 11 windows Installation.
I am having mysql db with manage engine 9.0 but now we are having SQL server 2005 with Manage Engine 11.

Please guide me in this regard.
