Migrating to a new server with different FQDN and IP address

Hi Folks, 
I'm working on migrating our ME products to a new server (more resources). Currently it appears that Endpoint Central is installed within the ServiceDesk Plus directory. File structure appears like this: "C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\UEMS_CentralServer"

Looking into the migration instructions for each of these products reveals that Endpoint central has a very different migration approach compared to ServiceDesk.

Endpoint central has scripts to run and settings to change then zip up the ME folder and unzip it on the new server, while ServiceDesk just has you perform a backup then restore the backup on the new server in a new installation. 

Has anyone done this with a similar setup? Are there any different steps to take?
