Migrating ServiceDesk+ to a new server
Hi all.
I need to move my copy of service desk from one server to another because we are currently buying shiny new servers and creating a new domain. I have tried installing the original setup file on the new server the overwriting the files with the old files from the old server and this didn't work. Can anybody shed some light on this for me please?
