We are migrating to a new Windows Server and I'm wondering if there are detailed instructions? I have found these but want to confirm these are the latest instructions:

Additionally, what other file system folders (other than the ones mentioned in the link above) would I copy over? For instance, can I copy over zr integrations or do I need to reinstall? What about the folders containing the updates to the xml's for URL redirection?

Also, MSSQL is on 2016 right now but I want to repoint to 2019 on the new server, is that ok?

Also, do I need to use a new server name? Or can I use the existing?  Am I allowed to have both instances up and running at the same time (old & new)?
