Migrating from one domain to another
Hi,
We're going to be migrating domains shortly, how is this going to affect SDP from a user & technician point of view?
The problem is going to be, as we're migrating to a national domain our current AD usernames & e-mail addresses will be changing, so how will this effect technicians queues & calls logged by users previously?
