Migrating Conversation from old helpdesk Tool to New Helpdesk Tool

Hi

i am trying to migrate Requests from Service Desk Plus MSP to Service Desk Plus all the requests had imported. New filed created and Names Old request ID

do we have any option available to import Conversations and attachments.
