I have applications manager 9 , licensed version installed on Linux centos 4.4, Now I have to migrate the entire server , I will follow the steps in one of the forum post ( http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/how-to-migrate-application-manager).

 But my new system has OS : Centos 6.2 , So will this not create any problem in migration ? 

And please confirm do I need to install the same version of app manager with same build number , Will this affect the migration?
