Wondering if you could help me out here.

I currenlty have a servicedesk system on a server(sql on box) and i want to install a new server with servicedesk (sql on box) on it.

I have a requirement to retain all the ticket information from the one system to the new one...

Does anyone know the best way to approach this; if anyone can direct me to documentation that would be great too...
