Migrate Service Requests and Changes

We plan to redeploy ServiceDesk Plus with a better service catalog and different settings for technicians and requests to make it more manageable. We have two environments, our current environment which contains all of our current requests and changes. The service catalog is hardly used in this environment. Then we have a second dev environment where we are adding our service catalog and redoing all of our current incidents. We'd like to push more users to the web portal rather than just allowing them to send an e-mail in to create a ticket.

When we are ready to migrate to our production server is it possible to import only our existing requests and changes we currently have into our new environment? We'd like to use the new settings we are configuring in our test environment and merge the existing requests and changes so we do not have technicians working out of two ticketing systems. I know ServiceDesk creates a backup that can be used to restore the entire instance of ServiceDesk but we do not want to restore everything, only the existing requests and changes.
