Migrate Postgre SQL to an Azure SQL instance to facilitate HA
Has anyone moved the DB from a Postgre local DB off to a Azure SQL DB? I want to get HA going but the way the documentation currently stands is the DB can't be on the 2 servers used for HA because if the one with the DB dies then you're screwed.
