We currently have your product (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP version 10.5 build 10512) installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 with the database in postgres. And we want to migrate everything (configuration, certificate, database, attached files, etc.) to a new Windows Server 2022 server as a Virtual Machine in Azure.

Could you please tell me the detailed steps to follow.

I have read some documentation but it is not clear to me, thank you very much for your help.
