Hi

how should I migrate from 'ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus' to 'ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus MSP' , Although I have tried it more and more but it shows me an error which the build number is not compatible during the restore process. and after searching at manageengine.com, I found that the build number of them has totally different. So now I do not know how should I do this? or if it is possible or not ?
