Migrate configuration and historical data from one machine to another with same ip and name ???

Hi,

We have to migrate the Applications Manager from one machine to another machine with current configuration and historical data. We have found this link that explain the process

But, we need that the new machine have the same Name and IP that then old machine. We have a Enterprise Edition , and we need to install the software in the new machine without problems in the Admin Server.

The plan is:
1.- Backup the database from the OLD server, and copy the file to the NAS.
2.- Down the OLD server ( application and server)
3.- Start the NEW server (with same IP and name that the OLD Server)
4.- Install application (MANAGED SERVER) in the NEW server, and connect to the ADMIN SERVER
5.- Restore the database (copied to the NAS).

Is possible the fourth step, considering that there are already a MANAGED SERVER registered in the ADMIN SERVER ?? It could be considered the same managed server?
