Migrate AppManager from LINUX to WINDOWS

I have seen a previous post regarding migrating AppManager but it doesn't appear to be about migrating from one OS to another. Please can you advise how to migrate Appmanager from a LINUX installation to a WINDOWS installation without losing config, monitors and alerts.
