We want to use windows server 2008 to run op manager. Do you know if windows user cals would be required? Are any of the objects scanned or pinged or otherwise monitored authenticating to the server? The question Microsoft will ask is: are these nodes authenticating on the windows server? Well ... are they? I have noticed others who have used microsoft servers for opmanager ... Any opinions out there?
