Microsoft SMS?
I've asked this before, but are there any plans to implement a tie in to Microsoft SMS for inventory? Or has anyone ever attempted to import inventory information from SMS?
I hate to have two scanning systems to grab the same data. Also it would be nice to have a place to tie in SMS remote control, or other remote control options to the system as well.
We have been evaluating ServiceDesk plus and it seems to be the solution we are going to go with, but that SMS integration functionality would sure be nice. Especially as the enterprise version with ITIL, etc comes out.
