We encountered the following problem: in the login window we receive the message "Can't reach this page":

However, the page opens successfully in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browsers on problem machine. The problem is observed only in the login window. We disabled "Restrict user access when there is an invalid SSL certificate", but this did not help. We also launched Wireshark on the problem machine and on the server, and we see connection attempt.
